OBX VACATION EQUIPTMENT AND BEACH RENTAL SERVICES is the rental source on the Outer Banks for Vacations, beach supplies, weddings and event supplies.  We have a complete line of services and products from beach umbrellas, beach chairs, carts, surf boards, boogie boards, skim boards, baby moniters, cribs, high chairs, strollers, baby joggers, bicycles for the whole family, televisions, VCR's, DVD players, wedding arches, flower pedestals and much much more. We also have a great grocery stocking service (wedeliver to the 4 wheel drive area with groceries). Coming in 2005 we will have linens for your cottage..

Deliveries: Free delivery with orders over $95! A $15 service charge will be applied for orders delivered less than $95. Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver to "4-wheel drive access" (areas North of Corolla). If you have any questions about your location please email us your location at info@rentalsatobx.com, and we will be glad to assist you. 

Payments: We require prepayment on all online or phone in reservations. All online reservations must be made at least 7 days prior to your delivery date. Please call 252-441-4380 for any last minute reservations. 

Cancellations: A full refund will be issued on all cancellations received 48 hours prior to reservation date. There will be a $20 cancellation fee on all reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before reservation date. On or after your reservation date we will be unable to refund any money, but we will be glad to exchange your reserved rentals for another rental of equal or greater value (the renter will be responsible for paying any additional fees.) 

Hurricane Policy: In the unfortunate event of a mandatory evacuation order, please contact our staff at (252) 441-4380. You will be given a pro-rated rate for the days that you had the equipment reserved. A check will be issued for the balance and mailed to you within the following four weeks.
